El objetivo de esta efeméride es dar a conocer las posibilidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías y promover su accesibilidad a la red. \nEn la actualidad se observa el incremento de la conectividad a la red y la consolidación de la economía digital\, entre otros aspectos.
